Does Muirlet replace legal or tax advice?
No. Muirlet helps you organise records, evidence and reminders. Landlords remain responsible for checking which legal, tax and regulatory requirements apply to their circumstances.
Can I keep historical tenants and tenancies?
Yes. The portal is designed to retain historical tenancy relationships rather than simply overwriting the current tenant on a property.
How are rent payments recorded?
